Cocktail
1 segment	organic grapefruit
4 cl	gin (e.g. Hendrick’s Neptunia Gin)
some	ice cubes
20 cl	tonic water (e.g. Fever-Tree Bitter Lemon)

To serve
a little	cucumber, shredded

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the grapefruit in a glass and press down. Add gin and a few ice cubes to the glass, stir for approx. 30 secs, top up with tonic water.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with the cucumber strips.
