Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
1 cl coffee
1 cl sugar syrup
some  ice cubes
6 cl Baileys
1 dl milk, chilled
To serve
¼ tsp chocolate powder
¼ tsp cinnamon

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the coffee and sugar syrup into the shaker, top up with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into a glass, carefully add Baileys, do not stir. Pour the milk into the shaker, shake well for approx. 30 secs to create a foam. Carefully spread the milk foam over the cocktail with a spoon.

To serve

Mix the chocolate powder and cinnamon, decorate the cocktail with the chocolate-cinnamon mixture.
