Liquid Razzcake
Ingredients
for 1 person
5 cl | Bacardi Razz |
½ cl | espresso, chilled |
2 cl | sugar syrup |
¼ tsp | gingerbread spice |
some | ice cubes |
1 tbsp | dark cake icing |
½ tbsp | unsalted, chopped pistachios |
How it's done
Cocktail
Pour the Bacardi and all the ingredients up to and including gingerbread spice into the shaker, top up with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into a glass.
To serve
Decorate the cocktail with cake icing and pistachios.
