Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
3 cl gin (e.g. Bareksten Botanical Gin)
1 ½ cl lemon juice
1 cl sugar syrup
1 drop Angostura Bitter
some  ice cubes
1 dl champagne
To serve
¼  organic lemon, zest peeled with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the gin into the shaker along with all the other ingredients up to and including the Angostura, top up with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into a glass, top up with champagne.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with lemon zest.
