Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
1 dl Cranberry Nectar
5 cl cloudy apple juice
1 tsp blossom honey
¼ tsp cinnamon
star anise
cinnamon stick
1 segment organic lemon
1 segment organic orange
5 cl gin (e.g. Bareksten Botanical Gin)

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the cranberry juice into a small pan along with all the other ingredients, up to and including the orange, and bring to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, add the gin, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 5 mins. Pour the cocktail through a strainer into a glass.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with the star anise, cinnamon stick, lemon and orange wedges.
