Blueberries with thyme crumble
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 250 g | blueberries |
| 1 tbsp | cane sugar |
| ¼ tsp | vanilla sugar |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 75 g | white flour |
| 2 tbsp | cane sugar |
| 1 sprig | thyme, leaves torn off |
| 50 g | butter, cold, cut into pieces |
| 2 ball | Fine Food Gelato Butterscotch |
How it's done
Berries
Place the blueberries, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice in the prepared dish, mix.
Crumble
Mix the flour, sugar and thyme in a bowl. Add the butter, rub together by hand to form a crumbly mixture, spread the crumble over the berries.
Bake
Approx. 35 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200 °C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, serve with ice cream.
