Creamy vegan Oreo overnight oats
Ingredients

12 | Oreos |
3 dl | oat drink |
200 g | vegan plain yoghurt substitute |
4 tbsp | agave syrup |
2 tbsp | dark almond cream |
200 g | rolled oats |
200 g | vegan plain yoghurt substitute |
How it's done
Remove the Oreo filling from the biscuits. Place the filling in a bowl, roughly crumble the biscuits and set aside. Add the oat milk, yoghurt, agave syrup and almond butter to the filling, stir until smooth. Mix in the oats and half of the crumbled biscuits. Transfer the mixture to 4 jars, top with the yoghurt and the remainder of the biscuits, cover and chill for approx. 8 hrs. or overnight.
