Coconut and kiwi muesli
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 100 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
| 30 g | almond slivers |
| 20 g | coconut flakes |
| ¾ tsp | ground cardamom |
| 2 pinch | salt |
| 2 tbsp | coconut blossom syrup |
| 2 tbsp | coconut oil, melted |
| 400 g | coconut milk yoghurt |
| 1 parcel | vanilla sugar |
| 2 | kiwis, cut into cubes |
| 2 | kiwis, cut into wedges |
How it's done
Coconut granola
In a bowl, mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Add the syrup and oil, mix, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C, turning 3-4 times. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on the tray.
Coconut and kiwi muesli
Mix the yoghurt and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Layer the granola, yoghurt and diced kiwi in glasses, serve with the slices of kiwi.
