Prawn and horseradish wrap
Ingredients
for 4 person
200 g | cream cheese |
2 tbsp | grated horseradish in a jar |
4 | wheat tortillas |
2 | baby lettuce, cut into strips |
1 | avocado, in slices |
400 g | shelled, cooked prawn tails, coarsely chopped |
1 | organic lemon, use grated zest |
salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
To fill the wraps
Mix the cream cheese with the horseradish, spread over the tortillas. Add the lettuce, avocado, prawns and lemon zest, season, roll up the tortillas.
To fry the wraps
Fry the wraps in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 2 mins. on each side until golden brown. Cut the wraps in half crosswise.
