Panettone dessert
Ingredients
for 2 person
100 g | panettone, cut into cubes |
125 g | mascarpone |
1 tbsp | icing sugar |
2 tbsp | amaretto or orange juice |
1 dl | full cream, whipped |
How it's done
Panettone
Toast the cubes of panettone in a warm frying pan without any oil, leave to cool.
Cream
Mix the mascarpone, sugar, amaretto or orange juice in a bowl, carefully fold in the whipped cream. Fill the glasses with alternate layers of cream and panettone.
