Ingredients

Panettone
100 g panettone, cut into cubes
Cream
125 g mascarpone
1 tbsp icing sugar
2 tbsp amaretto or orange juice
1 dl full cream, whipped

How it's done

Panettone

Toast the cubes of panettone in a warm frying pan without any oil, leave to cool.

Cream

Mix the mascarpone, sugar, amaretto or orange juice in a bowl, carefully fold in the whipped cream. Fill the glasses with alternate layers of cream and panettone.
