Ingredients

Peanut mixture
100 g Medjool dates, pitted, chopped
100 g peanut cream
2 tbsp maple syrup
Bars
100 g fine whole-grain rolled oats, roasted
50 g walnut kernels, coarsely chopped
50 g pistachios, coarsely chopped
50 g dried aronia berries

How it's done

Peanut mixture

Place the dates, peanut butter and maple syrup in a food processor, puree until smooth.

Bars

In a bowl, mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the aronia berries. Add the peanut mixture, mix well, transfer to the prepared tin, press down firmly, chill for approx. 30 mins. Remove the mixture from the tin, cut into approx. 12 bars.
