Green power smoothie
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
| 3 dl | water |
| 1 bag | green tea |
| 2 | kiwis, peeled, chopped |
| 1 | banana, cut into pieces |
| 1 | green apple, cut into pieces |
| 50 g | leaf spinach |
| 15 g | Micro Greens |
| 1 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 150 g | vegan almond yogurt |
How it's done
Green tea
Bring the water to the boil in a pan. Add the tea bags, remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave to steep for approx. 3 mins. Remove the tea bags, leave the tea to cool.
Smoothie
Puree the green tea with the kiwis and all the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth, pour into glasses, serve.
