Ingredients

for 1 glass

Mojito
½  lime rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into pieces
1 tbsp coarse cane sugar
1 sprig peppermint, leaves torn off
3 tbsp white rum
1 dl sparkling mineral water
  ice cube, crushed
1 sprig peppermint

How it's done

Mojito

Place the lime, sugar and peppermint in the glass, crush gently with a fork. Pour in the rum and water. Fill the glass with crushed ice, decorate with mint leaves.
