Mulled beer
Ingredients
for 1 litre
5 dl | dark beer |
5 dl | orange juice |
2 ½ tbsp | liquid acacia honey |
3 | cloves |
2 | star anise |
1 | cinnamon stick |
3 | cardamom pods |
1 | organic orange, cut into wedges |
4 sprig | rosemary |
How it's done
Mulled beer
Pour the beer into a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the cardamom, bring to the boil while stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 20 mins.
To serve
Bring the mulled beer back to the boil, strain, pour into glasses. Decorate the mulled beer with orange slices and rosemary.
