Apple and ginger punch

Ingredients

for 8 dl

Punch
6 dl apple juice
2 dl water
clementines, all of the juice (yields approx. 200 ml)
20 g ginger, thinly sliced
cinnamon stick
cardamom pods
To serve
clementine, dabbed dry, cut into wedges

How it's done

Punch

Bring the apple juice, water and clementine juice to the boil in a pan. Add the ginger, cinnamon and cardamom, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Remove the pan from the heat, cover the punch and leave to infuse for approx. 15 mins., remove the cinnamon and cardamom.

To serve

Bring the punch to the boil once more, pour into cups. Decorate with clementine segments.
