Matcha dates
Ingredients

16 | Medjool dates, pitted |
100 g | cashew cream |
100 g | white chocolate, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | matcha powder |
20 g | salted macadamia nuts, finely chopped |
How it's done
Stuff the dates with the cashew butter. Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl and suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie, ensuring that the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, add the matcha, stir until smooth. Dip the dates in the chocolate, allow the excess to drip off, place on a plate covered with baking paper. Sprinkle with the macadamia nuts, chill for approx. 30 mins.
