Potato dumpling dish with leek
Ingredients
for 2 person
| oil for frying | |
| 500 g | potato dumplings |
| 250 g | leek, cut into rings |
| 1 tsp | mild curry powder |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 dl | water |
| 1 ¼ dl | Creamy Oat |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Potato dumpling dish
Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan. Fry the potato dumplings for approx. 5 mins. Remove, reduce the heat, add a dash of oil and the leek, sauté for approx. 5 mins. Add the curry, season with salt. Pour in the water and Creamy Oat, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for approx. 5 mins. Return the potato dumplings to the pan, heat gently, season.
