Ingredients

for 4 person

Porridge
7 dl almond drink
120 g rolled oats (e.g. Coop Naturaplan)
pear, coarsely grated
2 ½ tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Pear
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp cinnamon
pear, halved and sliced
Topping
180 g plain yoghurt
2 tbsp almonds, roasted, roughly chopped
1 tbsp maple syrup

How it's done

Porridge

Place the almond milk in a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, simmer over a medium heat for approx. 8 mins., stirring constantly.

Pear

Mix the water, maple syrup and cinnamon in a pan. Add the pear, bring to the boil, reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 3 mins.

Topping

Serve the porridge in bowls, top with the yoghurt, almonds and pear slices, drizzle with the maple syrup.
