Autumn porridge
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 7 dl | almond drink |
| 120 g | rolled oats (e.g. Coop Naturaplan) |
| 1 | pear, coarsely grated |
| 2 ½ tbsp | maple syrup |
| ½ tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 2 tbsp | water |
| 1 tbsp | maple syrup |
| ¼ tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 | pear, halved and sliced |
| 180 g | plain yoghurt |
| 2 tbsp | almonds, roasted, roughly chopped |
| 1 tbsp | maple syrup |
How it's done
Porridge
Place the almond milk in a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, simmer over a medium heat for approx. 8 mins., stirring constantly.
Pear
Mix the water, maple syrup and cinnamon in a pan. Add the pear, bring to the boil, reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 3 mins.
Topping
Serve the porridge in bowls, top with the yoghurt, almonds and pear slices, drizzle with the maple syrup.
