Vegan chocolate frozen yoghurt
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 400 g | Skyr Style plain, vegan |
| 100 g | cashew nuts |
| 120 g | vegan dark chocolate, finely chopped |
| 30 g | cocoa powder |
| 4 tbsp | icing sugar |
How it's done
To prepare
Pour the Skyr Style yoghurt into ice cube moulds, freeze for approx. 6 hrs.
Frozen yoghurt
Soak the nuts in warm water for approx. 30 mins., drain well. Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl and suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie, ensuring that the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, stir until smooth and leave to cool. Remove the Skyr Style yoghurt cubes from the moulds, place in a blender with the nuts, chocolate, cocoa powder and icing sugar, puree until smooth. Plate up and serve the frozen yoghurt straight away.
