Grilled nectarines with vanilla & elderberry quark
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 250 g | raspberries |
| 1 tbsp | elderflower syrup |
| 4 | nectarines, halved, pitted |
| 250 g | half-fat quark |
| 3 tbsp | elderflower syrup |
| 1 | vanilla pod, seeds removed |
| 40 g | coconut chipsko |
How it's done
Raspberries
Mix the raspberries and syrup in a grill tray.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
With the lid down, grill the nectarines over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side. Grill the tray of raspberries alongside for approx. 5 mins.
To serve
Combine the quark with the syrup and vanilla seeds, spoon into the nectarines. Top with the grilled raspberries, sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve lukewarm.
