Tête de Moine & grape salad
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tsp | mustard |
| 2 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 150 g | red chicory, leaves plucked to pieces |
| 200 g | blue and white seedless grapes, cut in half |
| 60 g | Tête de Moine rosettes (e.g. Naturaplan Organic Tête de Moine Cheese Rosettes) |
| 20 g | Hemp seeds |
How it's done
Dressing
Whisk together the mustard, balsamic and oil in a bowl, season.
Salad
Add the cicorino and grapes to the dressing, mix, plate up. Tear the Tête de Moine, spread on top of the salad along with the hemp seeds.
