Ingredients

for 2 person

Dressing
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salad
150 g red chicory, leaves plucked to pieces
200 g blue and white seedless grapes, cut in half
60 g Tête de Moine rosettes (e.g. Naturaplan Organic Tête de Moine Cheese Rosettes)
20 g Hemp seeds

How it's done

Dressing

Whisk together the mustard, balsamic and oil in a bowl, season.

Salad

Add the cicorino and grapes to the dressing, mix, plate up. Tear the Tête de Moine, spread on top of the salad along with the hemp seeds.
