Pork chops with mushrooms
Ingredients
for 4 person
olive oil for frying | |
4 | pork chops (each approx. 200 g) |
½ tsp | salt |
1 | onion, finely chopped |
2 | garlic cloves, squeezed |
200 g | white mushrooms, in slices |
200 g | brown mushrooms, in slices |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
1 dl | white wine |
½ bunch | parsley, finely chopped |
How it's done
Pork chops
Preheat the oven to 60°C, warm the platter and plates. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Salt the chops, fry in batches for approx. 5 mins. on each side, keep warm.
Mushrooms
Heat a dash of oil in the same pan. Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the mushrooms, season, sauté for approx. 5 mins. Pour in the wine and reduce a little. Return the chops to the pan and heat gently.
To serve
Plate up the pork chops with the mushrooms. Garnish with parsley.
