Herb rice with chicken
Ingredients
for 2 person
1 tbsp | olive oil |
250 g | mince (chicken) |
1 | onion, finely chopped |
1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
¾ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
250 g | Express long grain rice |
1 dl | water |
1 | organic lemon, grated zest and the juice |
20 g | pizza herb mix, finely chopped |
How it's done
Chicken
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, brown the mince for approx. 5 mins. Reduce the heat, add the onion and garlic, sauté for approx. 3 mins., season.
Rice
Add the rice, water, lemon zest and juice, stir fry for approx. 2 mins. Mix in the herbs.
