Summer quiche
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 | pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø) |
150 g | cream cheese with herbs |
½ dl | water |
2 | eggs, beaten |
¾ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
880 g | quiche mix (e.g. Zucchini, peppers, cherry tomatoes) |
How it's done
Pastry
Place the pastry in the tin along with the baking paper, prick with a fork.
Filling
Whisk the cream cheese, water and eggs, season, spread over the pastry base. Top with the quiche mix.
To bake
Approx. 25 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin. Cut into slices, serve hot.
