Mediterranean wraps

We love it when visitors turn up unannounced – we always have a bottle of champagne in the fridge for such occasions. After all, we should celebrate the small things. :-) It's worth having something up your sleeve in these moments and these wraps are just the ticket. They're ready in a flash and require just a handful of ingredients, and yet they'll immediately have you dreaming of your next trip to Italy.

Ingredients

for 4 person

To fill the wraps
6 tbsp double cream cheese
wheat tortillas
50 g rocket
50 g cured ham in slices
40 g Parmesan, coarsely grated
To fry the wraps
a little  olive oil

How it's done

To fill the wraps

Spread the cream cheese over the tortillas. Top with the rocket, cured ham and parmesan, roll up the tortillas.

To fry the wraps

Brush the wraps all over with oil, fry in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 2 mins. on each side until golden brown. Cut each wrap into approx. 10 slices and serve.
