Mediterranean wraps
Ingredients
for 4 person
6 tbsp | double cream cheese |
4 | wheat tortillas |
50 g | rocket |
50 g | cured ham in slices |
40 g | Parmesan, coarsely grated |
a little | olive oil |
How it's done
To fill the wraps
Spread the cream cheese over the tortillas. Top with the rocket, cured ham and parmesan, roll up the tortillas.
To fry the wraps
Brush the wraps all over with oil, fry in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 2 mins. on each side until golden brown. Cut each wrap into approx. 10 slices and serve.
