Vegan BBQ tacos
Ingredients
for 2 person
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| 180 g | Planted Pulled Pork with BBQ sauce |
| 3 tbsp | water |
| 100 g | vegan crème fraîche substitute (e.g. Beleaf) |
| 4 | taco shells |
| 1 | onion, cut into thin rings |
| ½ bunch | coriander, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Planted Pulled Pork
Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the Planted Pulled Pork for approx. 2 mins. Pour in the water, stir fry for a further 2 mins.
Tacos
Spread the crème fraîche inside the tacos, top with the Planted Pulled Pork, onion and coriander.
