Strawberry and lemon cream
Ingredients
for 4 person
500 g | strawberries, cut in half |
180 g | plain yoghurt |
200 g | half-fat quark |
40 g | icing sugar |
1 | organic lemon, use grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice |
150 g | strawberries, cut into cubes |
1 | sesame bars, crumbled |
50 g | strawberries, cut into slices |
How it's done
Strawberry puree
Puree the strawberries, pour into the glasses.
Strawberry cream
Mix the yoghurt, quark, icing sugar, lemon zest and juice. Mix in the strawberries. Spread the cream over the strawberry puree.
To decorate
Decorate the cream with sesame bars and strawberries.
