Ingredients

for 4 person

Strawberry puree
500 g strawberries, cut in half
Strawberry cream
180 g plain yoghurt
200 g half-fat quark
40 g icing sugar
organic lemon, use grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice
150 g strawberries, cut into cubes
To decorate
sesame bars, crumbled
50 g strawberries, cut into slices

How it's done

Strawberry puree

Puree the strawberries, pour into the glasses.

Strawberry cream

Mix the yoghurt, quark, icing sugar, lemon zest and juice. Mix in the strawberries. Spread the cream over the strawberry puree.

To decorate

Decorate the cream with sesame bars and strawberries.
