Redcurrant spritz

Ingredients

Puree
50 g red currants
1 dl Lillet Blanc
1 tsp sugar
juniper berry
Spritz
10 g red currants
some  ice cubes
1 dl sparkling mineral water
To serve
1 sprig peppermint
20 g red currants

How it's done

Puree

Puree the redcurrants, Lillet, sugar and juniper berries in a measuring cup, pass through a sieve.

Spritz

Transfer the puree, redcurrants and ice cubes to a glass, top up with sparkling water.

To serve

Decorate the drink with mint and redcurrants.
