Pizza bianca with salmon
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 | pizza dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 300 g) |
100 g | sour single cream |
150 g | different coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half |
½ | lemon, washed, dried, quartered, thinly sliced |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
120 g | smoked salmon, torn into pieces |
How it's done
Pizza
Roll out the dough and place on a tray with the baking paper. Spread with ¼ of the sour single cream. Place half of the tomatoes on top. Add the lemon slices, season the pizza.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C. Remove, top with the salmon, the rest of the sour single cream and the remaining tomatoes.
