Beef salad with strawberries
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 tbsp | mild mustard |
| 2 tbsp | crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream) |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | onion, finely chopped |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 | beef entrecôtes (each approx. 230 g) |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 100 g | baby lettuce |
| 250 g | strawberries, cut into slices or segments |
How it's done
Balsamic dressing
In a bowl, mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, season.
Beef salad
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Salt the meat, fry for approx. 1½ min. on each side. Remove, cover and leave to rest for approx. 2 mins. Cut the beef into strips. Arrange the salad on plates, top with the meat and strawberries, drizzle with the balsamic dressing.
