Hot pear and Lillet cocktail

Ingredients

for 4 person

Pear juice
6 dl pear juice
cinnamon sticks
2 sprig rosemary
Cocktail
4 dl Lillet Blanc
2 tbsp lemon juice
To serve
pear, cut into slices
4 sprig rosemary

How it's done

Pear juice

Bring the pear juice, cinnamon sticks and rosemary to the boil in a pan, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 10 mins.

Cocktail

Add the Lillet and lemon juice to the pear juice, bring to the boil once more, strain, pour into glasses.

To serve

Garnish the Lillet with the pear and rosemary.
