Ingredients

for 540 g

Granola mixture
200 g whole-grain rolled oats
100 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
75 g coconut flakes
75 g sunflower seeds
4 tbsp chocolate powder
¼ tsp salt
50 g coconut oil, melted
4 tbsp maple syrup
Chocolate granola
160 g chocolate cubes

How it's done

Granola mixture

In a bowl, mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Pour in the oil and syrup, mix, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C, turning 3-4 times. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on the tray.

Chocolate granola

Mix the chocolate chunks into the granola. Transfer the granola to jars, seal tightly.
