Chocolate granola
Ingredients
for 540 g
| 200 g | whole-grain rolled oats |
| 100 g | hazelnuts, coarsely chopped |
| 75 g | coconut flakes |
| 75 g | sunflower seeds |
| 4 tbsp | chocolate powder |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 50 g | coconut oil, melted |
| 4 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 160 g | chocolate cubes |
How it's done
Granola mixture
In a bowl, mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Pour in the oil and syrup, mix, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C, turning 3-4 times. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on the tray.
Chocolate granola
Mix the chocolate chunks into the granola. Transfer the granola to jars, seal tightly.
