Dirty chai latte

Ingredients

for 4 person

Chai mixture
cardamom pods
cloves
cinnamon sticks, cut into pieces
star anise
peppercorns
¼ tsp nutmeg
4 dl water
2 bag black tea
2 tbsp cane sugar
Espresso chai latte
4 dl almond drink (Barista)
espressos
a little  cocoa powder, to dust

How it's done

Chai mixture

Toast the cardamom in a frying pan (without oil) along with all the other ingredients up to and including the nutmeg, leave to cool. Bring the water to the boil, remove the pan from the heat, add the tea bags, sugar and spices. Cover and leave to steep for approx. 15 mins., strain and pour into glasses.

Espresso chai latte

Froth the almond milk, pour into the glasses. Pour the espressos into the glasses, dust with cocoa powder.
