Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
5 cl rum (e.g. Coruba Rum)
2 cl Campari bitter
2 cl lime juice
5 cl pineapple juice
4 cl coconut water
1 stick lemongrass
some  ice cubes
To serve
1 slice pineapple
red chilli
kaffir lime leaf (Thai-Kit)

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the rum into a shaker along with all the other ingredients up to and including the ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Place the ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with a pineapple slice, chilli and kaffir lime leaf.
