Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
some  ice cubes
4 cl hibiscus liqueur (e.g. Ramazzotti Rosato)
1 tbsp lemon juice
To serve
20 cl Schweppes tonic (e.g. hibiscus)
some  blueberries
1 slice organic lemon
1 sprig basil

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the ice cubes in a wine glass. Pour in the hibiscus liqueur and lemon juice, stir the cocktail for approx. 30 secs.

To serve

Pour in the tonic water, decorate the cocktail with blueberries, a slice of lemon and basil.
