Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
2 cl gin (e.g. Suntory Roku Gin)
3 cl ginger liqueur (e.g. Ingwerer)
1 cl sugar syrup
1 cl lemon juice
some  ice cubes
5 cl apple juice
To serve
50 g preserved ginger
¼  lime, rinsed hot, patted dry, cut off a slice and peeled off a piece of peel with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the gin into a glass along with all the other ingredients up to and including the ice cubes, stir the cocktail for approx. 30 secs., top up with apple juice.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with ginger, a slice of lime and lime peel.
