some | ice cubes |
4 cl | pear schnapps (e. g. Morand Williamine |
2 cl | white vermouth (e.g. Jsotta) |
1 cl | alpine herb syrup |
1 tbsp | lime juice |
20 cl | Schweppes tonic (e.g. Matcha) |
¼ | pear, very thinly sliced |
1 sprig | peppermint |
How it's done
Cocktail
Place the ice cubes in a glass. Pour in the pear schnapps, vermouth, syrup and lime juice, stir the cocktail for approx. 30 secs.
To serve
Pour in the tonic water, decorate the cocktail with the pear slices and mint.
