Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
3 cl Campari bitter
some  ice cubes
2 cl grapefruit juice
20 cl bitter lemon (e. g. Fever-Tree Sicilian Bitter Lemon)
2 drop Angostura Bitter
To serve
some  red currants
1 sprig rosemary

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the Campari and ice cubes in a glass tumbler, pour in the grapefruit juice and tonic water. Add the Angostura, stir briefly.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with redcurrants and rosemary.
