Bellini Royale
Ingredients
for 1 person
1 | peach |
water, boiling |
3 cl | vodka (e.g. Belvedere Vodka) |
1 dl | champagne (e.g. Moët & Chandon) |
½ | peach, cut into slices |
How it's done
Peach
Blanch the peach in boiling water for approx. 30 secs., remove, dip briefly in ice-cold water, pat dry. Remove the skin, remove the stone, cut the peach into pieces.
Cocktail
Place the peach and vodka in a blending cup, blend for approx. 30 secs., pour through a sieve into a glass.
To serve
Pour in the champagne. Fan out the peach slices and use to decorate the cocktail.
