Ingredients
for 1 person
| 6 cl | Lillet Rosé |
| 1 cl | rhubarb syrup |
| some | ice cubes |
| 20 cl | tonic water (e.g. Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb) |
| some | raspberries |
| some | blueberries |
| 1 sprig | thyme |
| ¼ | organic lemon, zest peeled with a peeler |
How it's done
Cocktail
Place the Lillet, syrup and ice cubes in a glass, stir the cocktail for approx. 30 secs., top up with tonic water.
To serve
Decorate the cocktail with raspberries, blueberries, thyme and lemon peel.
