Swiss Negroni
Ingredients
for 1 person
3 cl | red vermouth (e.g. Jsotta Vermouth Rosso) |
3 cl | Bitter Rosso (e.g. Jsotta Bitter Rosso) |
3 cl | gin (e.g. Swiss Gin London Dry) |
some | ice cubes |
¼ | grapefruit rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, one segment and one piece of zest, peeled with a peeler |
How it's done
Cocktail
Pour the vermouth into a glass along with all the other ingredients up to and including the ice cubes, stir the cocktail for approx. 30 secs.
To serve
Decorate the cocktail with the slice of grapefruit and grapefruit peel.
