Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
4 cl tequila (e.g. Espolon Blanco tequila)
4 cl grapefruit juice
1 cl Grand Marnier
1 cl agave syrup
1 pinch salt
some  ice cubes
To serve
¼  grapefruit rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, one segment and one piece of zest, peeled with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the tequila into the shaker along with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, top up with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into a glass.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with the slice of grapefruit and grapefruit peel.
