Grilled chicken wings with lemon and parmesan
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 ½ dl | buttermilk |
| 2 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 4 | garlic cloves, squeezed |
| 4 sprig | rosemary, finely chopped |
| 1 tsp | paprika |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 kg | chicken wing |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 1 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 1 | organic lemon, use grated zest |
| 40 g | Parmesan, shaved into thin strips using a peeler |
How it's done
Marinade
Mix the buttermilk, honey, garlic, rosemary, paprika and salt in a bowl. Add the chicken, mix with the marinade, cover and marinate in the fridge for approx. 2 hrs., turning the chicken occasionally.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, season with salt. With the lid down, grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 30 mins., turning twice.
To serve
Place the chicken wings on a platter, drizzle with honey. Top with the lemon zest and cheese.
