Corn skewers with parmesan butter
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 75 g | butter, soft |
| 50 g | grated Parmesan |
| 3 sprig | rosemary, finely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | hot paprika |
| ¼ tsp | sea salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 4 | corn cobs, leaves and fibres removed from the corn cobs, cut into thirds |
| 12 | wooden skewers, soaked in water |
| 20 g | butter, melted |
How it's done
Parmesan butter
Using the whisk on a mixer, beat the butter for approx. 2 mins. Mix in the parmesan with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.
Corn
Thread one third of a cob onto each skewer. Brush with butter.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
With the lid down, grill the skewers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 20 mins. on all sides, turning occasionally.
To serve
Place the corn skewers on a platter. Serve with the parmesan butter.
