Vanilla pudding tart
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
1 | pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø) |
4 tbsp | ground almonds |
4 | pears, peeled, in carvings |
2 ½ dl | milk |
½ bag | vanilla pudding powder (approx. 35 g), for cooking |
How it's done
Tart
Roll out the dough, place in a baking tin lined with baking paper (approx. 30 cm in diameter). Prick the base firmly with a fork, sprinkle with the almonds. Fan the pears on top. Mix the milk and vanilla pudding powder, pour the mixture over the pears.
To bake
Approx. 35 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove, allow to cool slightly. Remove the tart from the tin, serve lukewarm or cold.
