Vanilla pudding tart

The super-quick alternative to a heavenly vanilla pear tart. For unexpected guests, a sweet supper or a tasty snack. With the help of one or two ready-made products, you can whip up this tart in a flash. You can also use apples or another type of fruit (incl. frozen fruit). It will still taste just as good.

Ingredients

for 8 pieces

Tart
pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø)
4 tbsp ground almonds
pears, peeled, in carvings
2 ½ dl milk
½ bag vanilla pudding powder (approx. 35 g), for cooking

How it's done

Tart

Roll out the dough, place in a baking tin lined with baking paper (approx. 30 cm in diameter). Prick the base firmly with a fork, sprinkle with the almonds. Fan the pears on top. Mix the milk and vanilla pudding powder, pour the mixture over the pears.

To bake

Approx. 35 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove, allow to cool slightly. Remove the tart from the tin, serve lukewarm or cold.
