Salmon with creamy wild garlic sauce

Ingredients

for 2 person

Salmon
  oil for frying
salmon fillets without skin (each approx. 150 g)
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Sauce
onion, finely chopped
30 g wild garlic
½ dl water
2 dl single cream for sauces
50 g grated Parmesan
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
10 g wild garlic, finely chopped

How it's done

Salmon

Heat a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Season the salmon, fry for approx. 3 mins. on each side, remove from the pan and keep warm.

Sauce

Reduce the heat, wipe the cooking fat from the pan, add a little oil if necessary. Add the onion, sauté briefly, add the wild garlic and water, allow to wilt. Mix in the single cream and parmesan, season. Add the salmon and heat gently. Scatter the wild garlic on top.
