Cucumber & sesame salad
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 50 g | glass noodles |
| water, boiling |
| 2 tbsp | apple vinegar |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 3 tbsp | soy sauce |
| 1 | cucumber, halved, cut in thin slices, |
| 2 tbsp | sesame seeds, roasted |
How it's done
Glass noodles
Place the glass noodles in a bowl, pour the water over the top and leave to stand for approx. 5 mins. Rinse the noodles in cold water, drain, cut into pieces with scissors.
Dressing
Combine the oil, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix in the cucumber, glass noodles and sesame seeds, plate up.
