Your own supply of persimmon. A healthy snack. Also great for taking with you while on the go. Just like lots of other fruit, persimmon can be dried in a dehydrator. Alternatively, you can use an oven. It may take a while, but the oven does all the work. It's important to leave the oven door open a crack to allow the moisture to escape and to ensure the persimmon cool thoroughly before they are sealed in a storage jar.
