Blood orange tiramisu
Ingredients
for 2 person
2 | blood oranges, cut into pieces |
1 | blood orange, the whole juice |
2 tbsp | sugar |
30 g | sponge fingers, cut into pieces |
125 g | low-fat quark |
150 g | plain greek yoghurt |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 | blood orange, thinly sliced |
How it's done
Blood oranges
Bring the blood orange flesh, blood orange juice and sugar to the boil in a pan, simmer for approx. 5 mins., leave to cool.
Tiramisu
Place the sponge fingers in the glasses. Combine the quark, yoghurt and sugar. Spread half of the blood orange pieces on top of the sponge fingers, top with the quark mixture. Add the remainder of the blood orange. Garnish with blood orange segments.
