Raspberry crumble
Ingredients
for 2 person
100 g | frozen raspberries |
½ tbsp | sugar |
50 g | white flour |
¼ tsp | baking powder |
20 g | sugar |
1 pinch | salt |
30 g | butter |
2 ball | Fior di Latte ice cream |
How it's done
Raspberries
Place the raspberries in the dishes. Sprinkle with sugar.
Crumble
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add the butter, mix by hand to form a crumbly mixture. Spread the crumble on top of the raspberries.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, allow to cool slightly, top with scoops of ice cream, serve immediately.
